Best Diet Plan To Lose Fat And Weight:

Monday:

6-7 am: Wheat Grass Juice 200ml.

7-9 am: a 400gm cup of oatmeal with some sliced fruit and several scrambled egg whites.

12 noon: A 250ml glass of Double toned milk

3 pm: any melon(watermelon, musk melon) (any quantity)

5 pm: any fruit except sapodilla, banana. Apple advisable. (any quantity)

7 pm: steamed vegetables. (any quantity)

Tuesday:

6-7 am: Green Tea 250ml

7-9 am: 2 Brown bread with peanut butter

12 noon: A 250ml glass of Double toned milk

3 pm: a 300gm bowl of soup

5 pm: any fruit except sapodilla, banana. Honeycrisp Apple is advisable. (any quantity)

7 pm: a 200gm bowl of boiled rice.

Wednesday:

6-7 am: A 250ml hot glass of water with honey and lemon

7-9am  : Apple,pecan,blackberry,peach etc. (any quantity)

12noon: A 250ml glass of Double toned milk

3 pm: A 300gm bowl full of sprouts

5 pm: A 300gm bowl full of salad

7 pm: Any green vegetable. (any quantity)

Thursday:

7-9 am: a spoonful of coconut oil and a handful of cereal

12noon: A 250ml glass of Double toned milk

3 pm: A 300gm bowl full of sprouts

5 pm: Any fruit except sapodilla, banana. Apple advisable. (any quantity)

7 pm: 2 oat bran chapatis with any low-fat vegetable

Friday:

6-7 am: Green Tea 250ml.

7-9 am: Papaya. (any quantity)

12noon: A 250ml glass of Double toned milk

3 pm: Any melon(watermelon, musk melon).(any quantity)

5 pm: Any fruit except sapodilla, banana. Apple advisable. (any quantity)

7 pm: Any green vegetable. (any quantity)

Saturday:

6-7 am: Green Tea 250ml

7-9am  : 250gm.Brown Rice

12noon: A 250ml glass of Double toned milk

3 pm: Any melon(watermelon, musk melon).(any quantity)

5 pm: Any fruit except sapodilla, banana.South Arkansas Vine Ripe Pink considerably. (any quantity)

7 pm: A 300gm bowl full of vegetable soup.

Sunday:

6-7 am: Wheat Grass Juice 200ml

7-9 am: 2 bowls boiled steamed vegetables.

12 noon: A 250ml glass of Double toned milk

3 pm: Any melon(watermelon, musk melon).(any quantity)

5 pm: A 300gm bowl full of sprouts.

7 pm:A 400gm bowl full of salad.

Repeat the same for two weeks.
