Clear Soup Recipe:
- Oil -1/2 tsp
- Ginger- 1/2 tsp
- Cornflour / Cornstarch – 2 tsp
- Mixed Vegetables ( Onion, Spring Onion ( white and green part both ), Carrots, Beans, Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Capsicum) – 2 cups
- Salt, Black Pepper – to taste
- Water – 4 to 5 cups
- Celery – 1/2 tsp
- Soy Sauce, Vinegar- 1/2 tsp
Method to prepare Healthy Vegetarian Easy Clear Soup Recipe :
- Prepare a mixture of cornflour and water in a separate bowl and keep it aside.
- Take a frying pan, add oil to it, then follow up by ginger and celery.
- Add all the finely chopped vegetables to the above mixture and saute them for 4-5 minutes.
- Add water, cornflour mixture ( to thicken the soup ), soy sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
- Heat the soup on high flame for about 5 minutes.
